  • review rating 0  We visited this evening and had such a great meal ! The staff couldn’t of been more helpful if they tried. The lady checked with the chef what dishes I could have and highlighted the menu for me ( no dairy ) There was loads ! They even double checked something was for my partner that we ordered before bringing it out due to it containing dairy. I am such a fussy eater but I thoroughly enjoyed our meal and felt confident to be eating here. It’s the first place I’ve actually felt comfortable and confident eating at in a long time and even better that I had such a huge choice!! Thanks for such great service and see you soon :)!

  •   Always come here with family for tapas and a jug of sangria for a social drink and a sharing platter or two. Great sun spot outside and amazing atmosphere. You would honestly think you’re on holiday sitting inside or out. Staff are always friendly too....More

  •   We went on Friday evening and premises were busy. Greek mezes and tapas menu was extensive. Prices fairly high for tapas eg £1 per prawn with gambas pil pil! The morcilla was served hot however the accompanying chorizo was very hard and overcooked (microwaved?). All...More

  •   Firstly it was freezing when we arrived so we sat in our coats the entire time. Next we ordered some tapas which I thought were very average. The menu online said there was a fish of the day so I brought my mum along. However...More

  •   The food here really is outstanding, with so much choice from light bites to slow cooked meats. There's plenty of vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten free options as well. The atmosphere is cosy and very thoughtful, so much so that you could believe it...More

  • review rating 5  We visited the old yard tapas bar as a large group of 15. The food was excellent with a wide variety of Spanish and Greek tapas menus. What was really good was the 6 or more group menu which came out with over 10 (the beer was flowing so I cannot remember the exact amount) well sized dishes. The service was brilliant and what was nice was that they catered for individual needs, the pizza was available as an online pre order but not on the in-house menu and yet they still made it. It was a great night for all of us and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

  • review rating 5  Amazing spot for absolutely class food. The selection of dishes is just enough from both Greek and Spanish origin. The (imported) cheese board is great for £8.99 and the meat dishes you can get are very well prepared, seasoned and presented. Stifado is one of my favourites along with Pollo y Chorizo a la Espanola with a nice creamy sauce (both around £5). The atmosphere is great, even on busy nights the vibe inside the joint is cool. A mix of locals, regulars and people from further afield complete the mix for a very inviting time. The staff are on point, they keep you looked after and are super-nice. The beer and wine selection on offer is also good. I've been here quite a few times over a thirteen year period and it still exudes the charm that I initially experienced first off. Can't wait to visit again. Next time I'll get some nice photos too.
